Elizabeth Rawlings has managed multimillion-dollar client portfolios and marketing partnerships throughout her career, which spans sales, marketing, communications, and client success. Founder of Selden Solutions, she received her PhD from the University of North Texas and earned her MBA from Tarleton State University. In addition to her business ventures, she also teaches marketing courses at Tarleton State University.

Fernanda Garcia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tarleton State with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and a minor in Spanish. Fernanda represents Selden Solutions at a wide range of community events and was a member of the 2025-2026 Leadership Granbury class and also Rising Leaders Granbury.
